Clinical Research Centre, Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun (previously known as CRC Hospital Ipoh) was established in March 2001 and was renamed as Clinical Research Centre Perak (CRC Perak) in 2007. Its office is located on the 4th floor of the Ambulatory Care Centre (ACC), Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh, Perak. Research facilities available at CRC Perak include a reception area, office space and workstations for staff and researchers, one archive library, one training room (maximum occupancy of 40 people), two meeting rooms (maximum occupancy of 10 people per room) and a network server room. CRC Perak also has an accessed-controlled clinical trial hub that consists of a small clinical consultation area, and a dedicated space (temperature monitored) for research equipment and investigational products storage, located at the Specialist Clinic Complex to support research activities in the hospital..
